The Taipei American School Summer Academy program exists to support and strengthen the academic interests of TAS students. Students in the Lower School and Middle School can engage in a wide variety of programs geared towards improving and enriching their reading, writing, public speaking, science, math and technology experiences. Students in the Upper School are able to fulfill several basic graduation requirements and/or expand and accelerate their progress in math and science through enrolling in a Summer Academy course. Course offerings include a wide range of math, science, public speaking and robotics options, as well as an extensive internship program that works closely with many of Taiwan’s leading businesses and scientific research industries.
